TREATMENT
GAMES CORNER

THE BRIEF

Production of a TV series about video games called Games Corner. This will be pre-production material indoor. This project will be created in teams with me and my group handling the competition section. That will be airing on Sheffield Lives new channel.
TARGET AUDIENCE

The target audience for this show is those who are interested in games. Whether this be playing the creation of them or other reasons. This includes all sub-cultures of gaming society too.

The competition sections target audience is those who want to become involved with the show and or want to item shown as the prize.
SEGMENT SYNOPSIS AND HOW IT RELATES TO THE BRIEF

The competition section is a part of the show which allows the viewers to directly engage with the show by answering a question and winning a prize. This is pre-production material that will be filmed and created in-house. The answer to the question and prize winner will be announced in the following episode.

This relates to the brief as it is section of the show that is relevant to games by having games related questions as part of a games related show relating to the brief and engages the audience directly with the product, strengthening the community, Sheffield Live is a community radio station and this will help them in their goals to strengthen the community through video games; one of the fastest growing industries and one of the most mainstream.
